Prof. Christina Nguyen teaches mic-making workshop

On February 10, students learned to make their very own microphones at the HCI+D Center with Prof. Christina Nguyen of the School of Communication!

Students learned the basics of soldering before building their own DIY contact and coil mics, learning about how to use them, and taking their own out for a spin.

We had a blast learning having undergrad students in the center with Professor Nguyen for a whole Saturday!
